New hypothesis about the maximum advance of the Ventina Glacier (Valtellina, Alpi Retiche)

A stump found between the outermost frontal moraine and the second one deposited by the Ventina Glacier, allows to discuss new hypothesis about the holocenic history of the glacier. This work discuss the firsts 14C results obtained.
